Ibrahim works at the top of the Riyadh residential market, where the number of genuine buyers for any given property is small and largely known to each other. He is a co-founder of Wadi Investment Realty.

That end of the market runs on different rules from the rest of it. Pricing is a matter of comparables that are rarely published, timelines are set by a handful of decision-makers, and the difference between an asking price and a transaction is a conversation rather than a spreadsheet. For a foreign national buying in Riyadh, having somebody on your side of that table who knows which comparables are real is most of the work.
