Mohanad runs Kingdom Hub, which handles the machinery of arriving as a company: MISA licensing, hundred per cent foreign-ownership setup, and the human resources, PRO and GRO work that follows. He brings more than fifteen years of Saudi experience to it and studied at Université Paris 8.

He writes regularly about Premium Residency and about where real estate money is actually moving, which is a useful public habit in a field where most practitioners say very little in the open.

He arrived, he stayed, and he now does for other foreign founders the thing nobody did for him. That is the whole reason this chapter exists.
