Lawyer. Co-founder and CEO, STAMP.
The paperwork is the product. A company entering Saudi Arabia does not fail on strategy, it stalls on a licence category, a registration that depends on another registration, and a filing nobody owned. Muyasser co-founded STAMP in 2021 with Mohammed Zarei to take that work off a founder's desk: regulatory licensing across dealing, managing, advising and arranging, plus incorporation and the registrations that follow it. STAMP raised a two million dollar pre-seed in November 2025 to build a compliance system behind the service.
He came to it as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields in Saudi Arabia, working on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and project finance, with earlier time at Linklaters, Herbert Smith Freehills and Clifford Chance. He read law at the University of East London.
