How Manara works.

The same four steps run whether you are moving a household, a company, or both at once.

01 · Send the form

Three minutes, no account. You: budget, timing, household, schools. Your company: sector, headcount, target date, entry route if you know it.

02 · We call you

Thirty minutes with a founder, within one working day. You: what the move has to achieve, and by when. Your company: what has to be trading, hiring, or signed. And the constraint behind it.

03 · The plan arrives

A written shortlist, not a catalogue. Sequenced, costed, dated. You: two to four communities with pricing and walkthroughs. Your company: entry route, the specialists who will file it, office options, cost to first hire.

04 · We open the doors

We hold the timeline and stay past the signature. You: viewings, lease, iqama, bank, school, ninety days of concierge after move-in. Your company: registration, banking, payroll, the floor, and your team landed one by one.

What you receive

The plan is a document, not a promise: your shortlist with prices, the sequence with dates, the named licensed specialists for anything regulated, and the full cost picture before you commit to any of it. It is yours to keep whether or not you proceed.

What Manara does not do

We coordinate, we do not replace. We are not a broker, and we do not provide legal, tax or immigration advice: REGA-licensed brokers and licensed advisors do the regulated work, named in your plan, engaged directly by you. And when we are not the right answer, we say that too.

What it costs

The consultation call is free. Engagements are priced as a fixed fee against the written plan. Scoped to what is actually in motion, stated before work begins, exclusive of VAT. Third-party fees are always stated separately.
