How we work

We coordinate.
We do not replace.

Manara is not a law firm, a tax adviser, an immigration agent or a licensed broker. Those are regulated professions and they are done by regulated professionals. Here is the division, line by line, so you can price it properly.

What we own

Every step of an entry or an arrival is somebody's speciality and nobody's responsibility. Each advisor finishes when their invoice does, and the gaps between them are where the quarter goes. What we sell is that nobody has to hold the gaps but us.

The sequence
What happens in what order, which thing blocks which, and the date each one has to land by. This is the job. Everything else on this page exists to serve it.
The brief
Writing down what you are actually trying to do, in a form the lawyer, the accountant and the landlord can all act on without three more meetings.
The follow-through
Chasing the filing, the reply, the inspection. An advisor finishes when their invoice does. We do not.
The introductions
To the people in the Constellation and the operators in the Keepers, with a packet you approve before anything is sent.
Housing and schools
Compounds, districts, drive times, school places. Run out of the same team and on the same timeline as the entity.

What we coordinate

These are filed, signed or advised on by somebody licensed to do it. They are named in your plan, you engage them directly, and you see what they charge. We hold the dates and the dependencies, and we are in the room.

Company formation
Filed by a licensed corporate services firm, engaged by you, named in your plan.
Legal advice
A Saudi-licensed lawyer. We will tell you what usually happens; we will not tell you what the law says.
Tax and accounting
A licensed firm. Zakat, VAT and payroll are theirs, not ours.
Immigration and visas
Handled by licensed providers. We hold the dates and the dependencies.
Property transactions
A licensed Saudi broker signs and files. For arriving executives we advise on where to live; we are not the letting agent.

Why it is drawn this way

A firm that claims to do all of it is either licensed for all of it, which is rare and easy to check, or is quietly subcontracting and marking it up. The second is common. It is also how a client ends up unable to name who actually filed their licence.

You should be able to name every firm working on your entry, and know what each one is being paid. If that is not true, ask why.

Ask what we would own

Tell us what is in motion and we will send back the division for your case, with the firms named. We reply within a working day, Sunday to Thursday.
