Mena Al Muruj Residence offers fully furnished apartments in a prime location with good access to KAFD, which appeals to professional expats. One reviewer raised concerns about the building's age (over 10 years old) and the company's decision to rebrand, questioning transparency about the property's history. Reviewers give mixed assessments, with some finding it comfortable and convenient while others question whether it represents good value given its age.
