Full-time drivers are a different structure. A household driver is typically employed under the family's own sponsorship through the domestic-labour channel, which carries recruitment steps, contracts and real obligations; the alternative is a driver employed by a licensed company and assigned to you, which costs more monthly and removes the employer role. Which fits depends on tenure, budget and how much administration you want to own.
